Minnesota Culture Change Coalition

The Coalition typically meets two times a year, to 1) share and discuss information on topics of interest related to culture change and 2) to foster networking, connections, and relationships that help us to work together in a variety of ways to promote resident centered care.
If you wish to be notified of upcoming meetings, please contact us.
